One of the things I knew I needed in a realtor was someone that was patient and could help me think outside the box given that I had budget constraints and a previous negative home buying experience from my parents' first home. Not only was she extremely patient (never pressured me into making any decisions I wasn't ready to), she was involved in every step (from obtaining the financing, inspection, to the final details of the sale). She helped me think of alternatives that could maximize my acquisition given budget, location constraints. I would definitely reach out to Jany for a future purchase.
